 ized design data management. Imagine multiple partners seamlessly integrat
 ing their diverse tools, methodologies, and strengths through a single pla
 tform. Keysight and Microsoft empowers "collaborative chambers" where role
 s are segregated, activities are monitored, and environments are effortles
 sly scaled or dismantled. The cloud-based model caters to all-in-cloud and
