Dr. Sushil Sakhare (PhD.) is currently working as the Director of Engineering MRAM design at Veevx Inc. Prior to that, he worked as an SRAM memory designer at ARM and Broadcom. He then joined IMEC where he was involved in leading research in circuit design and emerging memory technology development. He worked as an Engineering Manager at Numem Inc. following his time at IMEC and Qualcomm research. He holds 14+ patents and 10+ research publications in SRAM, emerging memories, and S/DTCO, and was awarded a doctorate from Ghent University for his research contributions as a technical lead researcher at IMEC. He also holds a Master of Technology from IIT Bombay and a Bachelor of Engineering from Mumbai University.
