Biography
Chengning Wang is an assistant researcher with Wuhan National Laboratory for Optoelectronics, Huazhong University of Science and Technology. He received Ph.D. degree from Huazhong University of Science and Technology in June 2021 with distinction from the university. His research interests include physics-based modeling and physical properties and mechanisms analysis of high-density nanodevices and arrays, memory technology and 3D integrated systems, parallel analog computation in memory, computational/applied physics and numerical linear algebra. He was approved to host a NSFC Grant (2022). His research works were accepted to publish in IEEE T-ED, ACM/IEEE DAC, IEEE TC, IEEE TCAD (*2), ACM TODAES (Review Article), ACM TACO, JCRAD, ICCD, NVMW, and so on. He is currently serving as a Review Editor for Frontiers in Electronics. He served as a Technical Program Committee Member of the Int. Workshop Eng. Physics.
