Lluis Paris is the Senior Director of 3DFabric Alliance at TSMC, with responsibility for their advanced packaging ecosystem. Before joining TSMC for a second time, Lluis founded a startup in Canada and worked at Intel. He holds an MBA from Queens University in Kingston, Canada. He also holds a PhD in Microelectronics and a MS degree on Computer Science from the Autonomous University of Barcelona in Spain
