Presenter

Seokjoong Kim received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in computer engineering from Sogang University, Korea in 2004 and 2006, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree in computer engineering from University of California at Santa Cruz in 2012. Currently, He is ASIC power engineer in Adaptive and Embedded Computing Group, AMD, San Jose, California. Before he joined AMD/Xilinx, he worked for Sun Microsystems, and Samsung Electronics, Korea, where he was involved in development of SPARC processor and low power LPDDR memories. He has broad experience in the power domain and his main interest is energy-efficient AI processor design.
